Pearls N Sequins Online Return Policy

We take great pride in bringing to you a high quality handcrafted garment. However, there may be a time when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Return Policy is designed to assist you assist you with your return.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions

  • We are happy to make a refund to you in case you received an item(s) with a manufacturing fault or you received an incorrect item (different product, style code, colour, description) from what you originally ordered online while making the purchase.
  • We will assess the item and once we deem that the item is faulty or incorrect, you can choose from the two options available to you:- (b) we will replace this faulty item with a brand new one, if we have the item in stock.
  • (c) we will give you an option to exchange the returned item for another item of the same value.
  • (a) we will provide you a refund for the entire amount you paid for the faulty or incorrect item
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • You can return the item(s) via post to our ONLINE RETURNS ADDRESS as stated below within 7 days from the date of receipt of your product.

Conditions of Return

Please ensure that the following conditions are met, to enable us to process your returns & exchange and provide you satisfactory customer service:-

  • The item is in original saleable condition with all tags attached to the garment such as main label, swing tag, rope tag, barcode label, bead bag.
  • The garment should be unworn, unwashed, unopened, unused state and unsoiled.
  • The garment should not smell of any perfume, no smell of detergent, no smell of dry clean chemicals should be evident from the garment.
  • Include your original Pearls N Sequins tax invoice with the return.
    • A completed Returns Form accompanies your returned item(s). Print, fill in & send the form to us.
    • Return postage costs and handling & exchange postage costs and handling will be at your expense.
    • We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Pearls N Sequins.
    • You need to allow 21 days from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.
    • Important notes—
    • Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your computer monitor due to lighting and photographic procedures as our garments are not mass produced and each piece is individually beaded and hand crafted by our expert workers.

    There is no exchange and return on jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. Customer is responsible for use and maintenance of their jewellery purchase and any breakage which may occur during usage like wearing and removal and storage of jewellery items. All jewellery items are brass metal base and copper metal base and combination of various Metal alloys. Pearls N Sequins is not responsible for any allergic reaction caused on the customer’s skin due to wearing  any jewellery item bought from us. We are not liable and responsible for repairing any jewellery item which are broken after purchase as we sell intact jewellery items ready to use. Please be careful while handling, wearing and removing all jewellery items after purchase. We ship/post the brand new intact jewellery item to you upon purchase. Please make a video while opening the jewellery parcel which you have received from us to in case of any breakage which might have occurred during transit and email us the video on sales@pearlsnsequins.com for us to review. No refund or exchange is guaranteed and it’s entirely the management’s decision to respond to your email in the best interest of both parties that is the customer and the seller.
