WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY for orders above AU$250.00 per transaction within Australia.
Pearls N Sequins delivers Kaftans within Sydney Metropolitan Area using an efficient carrier such as Australia Post & Fastway Couriers to make sure you receive your orders on time on business days (Monday to Friday). No deliveries are made on Saturday & Sunday and on Public Holidays. You will need to sign on delivery, alternatively if you are unavailable then Australia Post Rep/Fastway Courier Rep will drop a card in your mailbox advising you regarding collection from the nearest Fastway Courier collection point/Australia Post Office.
Deliveries may be delayed during Sale or promotional periods.
A signature will be required when your order is delivered; we recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it. If no one is available to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave you a card in your letter box advising you to collect your delivery from your local post office. If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalizing your purchase as you are checking out and email us so we can process your order accordingly. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL
We use DHL for making International deliveries.
New Zealand- We have a flat rate delivery charge of AU$20.00 for customers in New Zealand.
Customers in New Zealand & other International customers don’t pay the Australian GST and your item(s) price(s) will be updated on the cart page to reflect this. Parcels may be subject to import taxes or duties.
International Customers other than New Zealand please note that we will deliver products to you at a flat rate overseas freight charge of AU$25 via DHL UPTO TO A MAX OF 2 Kg weight of the item and packaging together and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).

OUT OF STOCKS
The product availability on our website is updated every day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you instantly that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order, we will give you a refund immediately, if it is an item we can re-order we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
